Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Time & Transit

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

• No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking

• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial tracking status.

While we and our carriers work diligently to meet these delivery estimates, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Public holidays

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and do our best to assist you promptly.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@repelix.com.

• If your order has not been processed yet, we will gladly update the address.
• If the package has already been dispatched, we are unable to alter the destination directly. You may need to contact the designated carrier once the tracking link is active to request a redirect if their service allows it.
